Chapter 34: McKenna and Colton’s Progress
Welcome to Chapter 34 of the Blog Series Journeys to Health!
In this chapter, Nancy and Trisha reflect on the significant changes observed in McKenna due to a unique treatment approach, noting her newfound calmness and improved performance. They also discuss Trisha’s son’s quick recovery from physical discomfort, attributing it to Nancy’s special techniques.
"Have you seen improvements with McKenna?"
Nancy: It’s really been great working with her and watching her change and start to really become a young woman. You can kind of see that transformation happening. When she first came in, she was so scattered and anxious, and she couldn’t sit still for five seconds. And although she still has an enormous amount of energy, she really enjoys her treatments and her follow-ups.
Trisha: She does.
Nancy: And have you seen improvements? I think the biggest thing for me was when we found the homeopathic remedy that was right for her. And then we kind of took it away. You guys went on a camping trip, and both your husband and you said, “Oh no, she has to go back on.”
Trisha: Yeah, we had to go back on that remedy. And that was only three days! The difference was noticeable almost immediately, like on the first day.
Nancy: I really noticed a big difference with her on her remedy. And it’s great to hear that she’s getting A’s in her classes. For someone with ADHD, it’s really wonderful to see her doing so well.
Trisha: Yes, it is. It’s really nice. Because school used to be a major stress factor for her, so for her doing better is definitely a key to her being successful in school.
"What was Trisha's son's experience working with Nancy?"
Nancy: And your son, oh my God, he’s so funny. He said something to you that I had never heard come out of a kid’s mouth. If you don’t mind sharing it, it would be so great.
Trisha: Yeah, he told me that you had the magic touch or the holy touch. He said you could fix anything.
Nancy: That may or may not be true. But it was so great to hear, especially from someone so young. He was experiencing fatigue because he’s very athletic, and he was having trouble playing sports.
Trisha: Yeah, his feet were hurting him.
Nancy: He was having body pain, but it didn’t take much for him to get better. He really felt better very quickly.
