Chapter 35: Trisha’s Kids’ Overall Experience

Welcome to Chapter 35 of the Blog Series Journeys to Health!

In this chapter, Trisha shares how Nancy’s holistic care has improved her children’s health, reducing illnesses and doctor visits. Their conversation reveals the significant benefits of these treatments.

"Do you continue care with Nancy for your kids and why?"

Trisha: He also struggled with getting strep throat multiple times a year. Yeah, that was one of my biggest stress factors going into the school year. Almost every year, when we begin, he gets it at least twice and then twice at the end. And it was driving me crazy.

Nancy: Right. We gave him a remedy, and when strep throat went around, he didn’t get it.

Trisha: He did not get it. The flu actually just came through his classroom also, I forgot to tell you. And he did not get it.

Nancy: I just love this.

Trisha: I know.

Nancy: Love how this works, right?

Trisha: This just makes my life 10 times easier. It really does. It’s less stressful. They’re not suffering with their little ailments every year now, and it’s great.

Nancy: Running to and from the doctor’s office.

Trisha: Yeah, no, I don’t want to do it anymore.

Nancy: Yeah. Dealing with all that, it’s just. Text Nan. “Hey, Nan, what do you got?”

Trisha: It’s awesome. I’m so glad I can do that, though.

Nancy: Oh yeah, anytime.

"If you had one thing to share about your experience working with Nancy to those seeking wellness for their kids, what would that be?"

Nancy: Do you have anything else to add? For parents who are considering holistic health for their children? I mean, it is a big deal. I think it’s even more, I think it’s harder to make that decision for your children because they’re like your precious treasures, right?

Trisha: Yeah.

Nancy: And a lot of people really worry about that, but—

Trisha: If they don’t do it, then they’re missing out big time. Because I feel like every kid, especially with how food’s made nowadays and the diets that some kids have, I feel like maybe parents need a better idea of kind of what to feed your kid and how they can function better that way, and then, you know, the different things that you can help them with if they have anything that they would need help with. But I highly suggest it for anybody that is even thinking about it.

Nancy: Thank you for all that. Trisha, thank you so much for your time.

Trisha: Oh, you’re welcome.

Nancy: I know sharing your story is going to help someone, somewhere, make a decision that they may not have been able to make before. So I really appreciate you doing this.

Trisha: No worries, anytime!
